Deputy FM of Uzbekistan and Ambassador of China discuss strengthening interaction within SCO
Deputy Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Vladimir Norov has held talks with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of China Jiang Yan.

The parties discussed the current state of bilateral relations and prospects for their further development.
The talks also touched upon the interaction between Uzbekistan and China within the framework of the republic’s chairmanship in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
Uzbekistan took over the chairmanship of the organization from Tajikistan on September 17, 2021.
For information, on September 15-16 this year, Samarkand will host the SCO summit.
