Over $110 million worth of damage caused to Uzbekistan as a result of corruption crimes in 2021

In 2021, corruption-related crimes in Uzbekistan caused damage in the amount of 1 trillion 282 billion soums (about $118 million) to the interests of the state and society. 887 billion soums or 69.1% of the damage was recovered. This was stated in the report of the Anti-Corruption Agency on its activities in 2021.
