Minsk and Tashkent interested in building up cooperation in industrial sector
At a meeting between Deputy Minister of Industry of Belarus Dmitry Kharitonchik and Chargé d'Affaires of Uzbekistan Rakhmatulla Nazarov, it was noted that both countries are interested in building up cooperation in the industrial sector, a Dunyo correspondent reports.
During the meeting, the results of joint foreign economic activity last year were discussed. In particular, positive dynamics was noted in the mutual trade between the two countries in recent years.
The parties confirmed the need for further progressive development of mutually beneficial relations between the industrial sectors of the republics.
In addition, the meeting outlined key events for the upcoming participation of industrial enterprises of Belarus in the first Tashkent International Investment Forum and the exhibition “Innoprom. Central Asia”.
