Road accident claims lives of 5 people in Syrdarya

According to the information service of the MIA State Traffic Safety Directorate, on May 23, 2022, at 12:45, a fatal traffic accident occurred on the A-376 international highway passing through the Khavast district, Syrdarya region.

There was a collision between Lacetti and Nexia cars driven by citizens of Sh.A. and U.N.

As a result, the Lacetti driver Sh.A. and passenger A.A., who was in the cabin, died on the spot. Allegedly, they received serious bodily injuries.

Minors N.A. (born in 2016) and T.A. (born in 2019), as well as the Nexia driver, citizen N.Yu., died in the hospital due to severe injuries.

Another passenger of the Nexia car T.J. was hospitalized.

It was noted that the Investigation Department of the Khavast district DIA is investigating the criminal case.
