President of Turkmenistan arrives in Uzbekistan on a state visit
At the invitation of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, arrived in Tashkent on a state visit on July 14.

The Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Norov and the Mayor of Tashkent Jahongir Ortiqkhojayev met Berdimuhamedov at the Tashkent International Airport.
After the meeting, the delegation of Turkmenistan visited the “New Uzbekistan” park, where Berdimuhamedov laid flowers at the Independence Monument.
It has become a tradition for high-ranking guests visiting Uzbekistan to get acquainted with this complex.
