President Mirziyoyev leaves for Kyrgyzstan
On July 20, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, at the invitation of the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov, left for the city of Cholpon-Ata.
The president will take part in the events of the next Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia.
The agenda of the meeting includes issues of further expanding practical cooperation, including in the fields of trade, transport and logistics, industrial cooperation, innovation, food security, tourism, cultural and humanitarian exchange and other areas.
Particular attention will be paid to strengthening cooperation in joint response to modern challenges and threats to the stability and sustainable development of Central Asia.
Following the summit, the parties are expected to adopt a number of important multilateral documents.
