The government decision “On measures to further systematize the legal framework” was adopted.
As a result of the systematization of regulatory legal documents through the “regulatory guillotine” method, 422 decisions of the government have lost their validity.
90% (331) of the invalidated documents are complete decisions, and 10% (91) are some clauses of the documents.
The cancellation of these documents was based on the following:
• the existence of the same norms as documents adopted later;
• the norms conflict with the norms of documents adopted later;
• documents with high legal force, which are the basis for decision-making, have lost their relevance as a result of cancellation;
• other decisions amended and supplemented by decisions are declared invalid;
• execution of one-time, temporary assignments specified in the decisions has been ensured.
The document was developed at the initiative of the Ministry of Justice.
