Uzbek-Russian secretaries of security councils hold talks in Tashkent

Viktor Makhmudov, Secretary of the Security Council under the President of Uzbekistan, held talks with Nikolay Patrushev, Secretary of the Russian Security Council, the Security Council of Russia reported.
