President of Ukraine
His Excellency Mr. Volodymyr Zelensky
Dear Volodymyr Oleksandrovych!
I congratulate you and the people of your country on the national holiday of Ukraine – Independence Day.
I am also pleased to note that this month we are celebrating an important date in the history of our bilateral relations – the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties.
There is no doubt that Uzbek-Ukrainian relations, traditionally based on the principles of friendship and mutual respect, will continue to develop thanks to our joint efforts.
Taking this opportunity, I wish you good health, family happiness, success in your responsible state activities, and peace and prosperity to the friendly Ukrainian people.
Sincerely,
Shavkat Mirziyoyev
