SCO Secretary General: “We must strictly adhere to the principles of not joining different blocs, not acting against a third party”
The Secretary General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Zhang Ming reminded the leaders of the SCO member states before the summit to be held in Samarkand on September 15-16 that the member states of the organization should always strictly adhere to the SCO Charter.
“We must always strictly adhere to the basic objectives of the organization and the SCO Charter, not to join different blocs, and not to act against any third party. It is necessary to strictly ensure the unity of the organization and strive to develop cooperation.
I would like to emphasize that the SCO is an open organization. “We welcome any country that has similar goals to ours and adheres to the SCO Charter,” said the SCO Secretary General.
