Uzbekistan’s FTT exceeds $36 billion after nine months of trading
In January-September 2022, the foreign trade turnover of Uzbekistan exceeded $36 billion.
Compared to the corresponding period of 2021, the figure increased by $7.7 billion, the State Statistics Committee said.
During the reporting period, the republic exported products ($11.3 billion) and services ($2.8 billion) for a total of $14.1 billion.
Imports, in the meantime, were recorded at $21.9 billion (products - $20.1 billion, services - $1.8 billion).
The negative balance of FTT amounted to $7.8 billion in January-September 2022, the report says.
