Shavkat Mirziyoyev heavily criticizes responsible executives for not approving the capital’s Master Plan on time
It was noted that the situation that has arisen has clearly shown how the leaders of the sectors and regions have worked until today. In particular, Tashkent city leaders at all levels were sharply criticized for not being ready for the current situation.

As a result of the fact that the Master Plan of the capital has not yet been approved, the number of objects built without permission has exceeded 250. When construction is allowed, the load on the existing infrastructure has not been accurately calculated. Responsible executives in the capital were strongly criticized for not taking measures to prevent food from freezing in the markets and price increases.
Therefore, the governor of Tashkent, J. Artikhodjayev, was released from his post today for not timely assessing the arising situation and insufficient preparation for the winter season.
Governors of Yunusabad, Mirzo Ulugbek, Uchtepa districts were reprimanded.
