Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Vladimir Putin talk over the phone
The leaders of Uzbekistan and Russia discussed the issues of further expansion of economic cooperation.
On March 6, the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev had a telephone conversation with the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin.
Opinions were exchanged on current aspects of the agenda of bilateral relations.
The issues of supporting the growth of trade, promoting investment projects in various sectors of the economy with the participation of leading companies and enterprises of the two countries, and expanding industrial cooperation were discussed.
Special attention was paid to the further development of interregional cooperation and the activation of cultural and humanitarian exchange.
The heads of state also discussed issues of regional partnership.
