Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan discuss the project of Kambarata HPP-1
The Energy Ministries of Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan negotiated the construction of the Kambarata HPP-1, the press service of the Ministry of Energy of Kyrgyzstan reported.
The meeting was attended by the Energy Ministers of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, Taalabek Ibrayev and Jurabek Mirzamakhmudov, the Deputy Minister of Energy of Kazakhstan, Jandos Nurmaganbetov and the Minister of Water Economy of Uzbekistan Shavkat Khamrayev, as well as responsible heads and employees of subordinate organizations.
The parties discussed the implementation of the “roadmap” and considered draft documents on the basic principles of cooperation.
Following the meeting, the main stages of preparation of the project for implementation were agreed, and an agreement was also reached on the next meeting until the end of this month.
