IFC allocating $150 million for construction of modern TPP in Syrdarya
IFC is providing a $150 million financing package, and helping mobilize more than $1 billion in private financing, for a modern thermal power plant in Uzbekistan's Syrdarya region. The plant will help meet the country's growing demand for energy while supporting its decarbonization and energy transition efforts.
