Over 5,200 people held accountable for failure to fulfill parental responsibilities in 2022 

Last year, the parents of 652 children were deprived of parental rights, more than 11,000 children were placed in children’s institutions, and 13 orphanages ceased to operate, the National Children’s Commission reported.
