High school student falls from third floor, taken to hospital in Tashkent

A student in the 11th grade of school No. 289 in the Bektemir district of Tashkent fell from the 3rd floor of the school. He was taken to the hospital in an ambulance.
Kun.uz contacted the information service of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education to clarify the situation. As it turned out, the student is alive and not seriously injured. It is reported that the situation is under control, the reasons are being investigated.
Also, a statement on the situation was made by the Department for Preschool and School Education of the city of Tashkent. It is noted that the 11th grader lost his balance and fell while looking out the open window of the 3rd floor of the school building during recess.
“The students reported this to the school administration. Immediately, the school nurse provided first aid to student S.A. He was then taken to the hospital in an ambulance. At the moment, his health is stable, he received no serious injuries,” the official statement says.
