“I want to communicate more with foreign companies and entrepreneurs. Your ideas, proposals and initiatives give me strength and urge me to new reforms. Therefore, I am ready to hold frequent meetings with new investors and personally guarantee your success in our country,” the President said.
Great steps are being taken in terms of guaranteed protection of investors’ rights through the courts.
From now on, entrepreneurs and investors do not have to prove the correctness of their claim in court. Now the state agency will have to prove the legality of its decision. Any uncertainties that arise will be resolved in favor of the investors.
Mechanisms for enforcement of international arbitration court decisions have been strengthened in laws.
“This year, we will continue our reforms to protect the rights of entrepreneurs. In particular, the activities of the International Commercial Court will be launched for the first time in our history with the support of international experts,” the head of state said.
