Shameful result of a tender which is organized by the Ministry of Preschool and School Education canceled

The Supply Service of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education held a tender for the purchase of 1-11 grade exercise books and textbooks in English for the 2023/24 academic year. In the tenders, the business entity that offered a high price for some reason was declared the winner, and the LLC that offered a 30% lower price was excluded from the process.
