A 21-year-old man who was under investigation in Chilanzar district DIA dies
The investigators said that “in order to escape, he jumped out of the toilet window on the fourth floor of the DIA building and broke his leg”. Relatives of the deceased are skeptical. The MIA press service also commented on the incident.
