OTP bank becomes main shareholder of Ipotekabank

73.4% share (75% of the state share) of Ipotekabank, the fifth largest bank of Uzbekistan, was transferred to the control of the Hungarian bank. On June 13, OTP Bank transferred the purchase amount agreed with the Government of Uzbekistan.
