Qatar Airways planning to launch regular flights from Doha to Tashkent

On June 23, 2023, Minister of Transport Ilhom Makhkamov held talks with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to Uzbekistan Hassan bin Hamza Asad Muhammad Hashim.

At the meeting, the parties discussed the issue of establishing regular flights between the two countries.

The Ambassador said that Qatar Airways is developing internal procedures for air transportation on the Doha-Tashkent-Doha route.

As soon as these processes are completed, the parties agreed to negotiate on the existing requirements and regulations for regular flights.
