Mirziyoyev, Aliyev sign 15 bilateral documents aimed at strengthening relations between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan
Presidents Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Ilham Aliyev signed the agreement on the establishment of the Supreme Interstate Council between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan.
In addition, 15 documents were adopted at the level of countries, governments and agencies within the framework of Mirziyoyev’s visit to Baku.
Agreements on deepening comprehensive strategic partnership, strengthening ties in the energy sector, collaboration on youth policy and sports, a roadmap for the development of cooperation in the field of media are among them.
In addition, amendments and additions were made to the agreement on visa-free travel of citizens.
The parties agreed on the introduction of the information system for the electronic exchange of "E-permit" forms.
The sides will also cooperate on family and child protection, food safety, as well as on cyber security.
