Tuition fee payments in public universities remain unchanged for the 2023/2024 academic year

The tuition fee amount will also not change in public HEIs which are financially independent and are given permission to establish the amount of tuition fees on their own, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation said.

Applicants who failed the exams but are ready to study on a differentiated tuition fee basis can become students by paying 50 percent of the set fee. They will also be given a 10 percent discount if they make the payment in full by October 15.

Differentiated payment amounts could be as high as 220 million soums.
