Red Wings to begin flying en route Samarkand – Kazan
Flights to the new route are planned to operate on Mondays.
The Russian airline Red Wings will begin flights from Samarkand to Kazan, the portal Travel.ru reports.
Direct regular flights on the route Kazan – Samarkand – Kazan will be operated on Russian SSJ100 aircraft once a week (on Mondays). The launch of the first flight is scheduled for October 30.
Flight schedule (local time):
• Departure from Kazan – 21:45, arrival in Samarkand – 03:00 (with transfer to the next day);
• Departure from Samarkand – 04:00, arrival in Kazan – 05:30.
At the time of publication, the cost of a one-way ticket with luggage starts from 16,300 rubles ($167.5 at the Bank of Russia exchange rate), and a return ticket starts from 15,400 rubles ($158.3).
In September, the Russian carrier UVT Aero launched direct flights from Samarkand to Kazan. Flights operate on Sundays.
