MFA discusses issues of implementing the law “On International Treaties of the Republic of Uzbekistan”

Yesterday, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the participation of Deputy Minister Bakhromjon Aloyev, representatives of the Treaty and Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, members of the International Affairs Committee of the Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis, the Cabinet of Ministers and other competent government bodies.

At the meeting, the results of a study of the implementation of the law “On International Treaties of the Republic of Uzbekistan” in the system of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the legislative practice of international treaties were discussed.

The legal and organizational aspects related to the development of draft international agreements, the processes of their conclusion, and control of the execution of signed documents have been analyzed.

Following the meeting, plans for the development of practical measures to improve contractual and legal activities were identified, and an exchange of views and proposals took place.
