Special presidential representative of Uzbekistan, Ambassador of France discuss prospects of bilateral relations on Afghanistan
The Special Representative of the President of Uzbekistan for Afghanistan, Ismatulla Irgashev, met yesterday with the Ambassador of France, Aurelia Bouchez.
According to the MFA, during the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and prospects of Uzbek-French relations on the Afghan direction, as well as the development of the current situation in Afghanistan.
Particular attention was focused on issues of ensuring regional security and cooperation in resolving the Afghan problem.
Aurelia Bouchez emphasized the significant role of Uzbekistan in establishing long-term peace and the economic revival of Afghanistan, as well as involving the country in regional integration processes.
