Monument representing fight against corruption opened in Tashkent
President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani took part in the official opening ceremony of the monument.

On December 19, the opening ceremony of the monument representing the efforts of the international community to fight against corruption was held in Tashkent.
President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani took part in the ceremony.
The event was also attended by Alexander Zuev, Assistant Secretary General of the UN, and officials of foreign countries.
This twelve-meter metal composition in the form of an open hand symbolizes honesty, pure deeds and intentions, absolute zero tolerance for corruption, and a call to all countries of the world to unite in fighting it.
