Uzbekistan’s foreign trade turnover reached $62.6 billion in 2023
According to the Statistics Agency, last year Uzbekistan’s FTT recorded at $62.6 billion.
The volume of foreign trade increased by 23.9% compared to 2022, the agency said.
During the reporting period, Uzbekistan’s exports amounted to $24.4 billion, which is 23.8% more than a year earlier.
Imports, in the meantime, reached $38.1 billion, up by 24% in comparison with 2022.
Over the past period, China had the highest share in Uzbekistan’s foreign trade (21.9%), followed by Russia (15.8%), Kazakhstan (7%), Türkiye (5%) and the Republic of Korea (3.7%).
