Cases of illegal use of natural gas detected in two regions

The Denau district PGO department conducted a pre-investigation check.

It was established that M.N., the head of enterprise “P”, illegally used natural gas for a total amount of 172.4 million soums by connecting a bathhouse belonging to the enterprise to the public gas network for commercial purposes without any documents.

During the pre-investigation check conducted by the Margilan city PGO department, it was established that I.T., founder of the family business “M.S.”, illegally used natural gas for a total amount of 136.6 million soums by connecting the devices installed in the production workshop to the public gas network for commercial purposes without any documents.

Based on these facts, criminal cases have been initiated under Article 169 of the Criminal Code (Theft), and an investigation is underway.
