Tashkent city administration allocates money for developing reconstruction concepts of “Chorsu” and “Eski juva” markets
The mayor of Tashkent, Shavkat Umurzakov, by his decision of March 28, approved the allocation of 824.9 million soums to the engineering company “Single Customer Service” under the capital’s administration from the local budget reserve fund.
Money is allocated for the development of concepts for a number of projects following the visits of the President of Uzbekistan to the Shaykhantakhur and Chilanzar districts of the capital in May last year.
Projects planned for developing:
• construction of an irrigation and irrigation system, pedestrian and bicycle paths, open parking lots as part of the “Tourist Ring” project in the Shaykhantakhur district – 213.6 million soums.
• indoor swimming pool and sports complex on Uchlola street in the Samarkand Darvoza mahalla – 177 million soums.
• creation of microgardens and alleys in mahallas in two districts in order to create amenities for the population and provide them with services – 149 million soums.
• reconstruction of a metal products workshop in the Sarkhumdon mahalla – 138.7 million soums.
• development of project proposals for the concept of reconstruction of the peasant markets “Chorsu” and “Eski juva” – 119.5 million soums.
• development of project proposals for transforming the Yangiobod mahalla in the Shaykhantakhur district into a landscaped area – 27 million soums.
