Jenisbek Piyazov appointed as an adviser to Minister of Higher Education

Jenisbek Piyazov became an adviser to the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovations, the press service of the ministry reported.

The position of adviser to the Minister on the development of culture and art was introduced on a public basis, and Jenisbek Piyazov, the People’s Artist of Uzbekistan, Karakalpakstan, Bashkortostan and Tatarstan, was appointed to this position.

In January 2022, Jenisbek Piyazov was appointed as a public advisor to the Minister of Preschool Education on the issues of culture and art development. This position was also established on a public basis at that time.

For information, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations of Uzbekistan has been headed by Kungirotboy Sharipov since February 2024.
