Data about regions with lowest level of drinking water supply publicized
In Uzbekistan, the lowest level of drinking water supply in the region, where the population is concentrated, has been announced.
Uzsuvtaminot presented an infographic on the level of provision of centralized drinking water to the population in the regions of the republic.
According to it, the city of Tashkent is in the leading position with an indicator of 97.7%, while the lowest result is in Kashkadarya region – 59.4%.
This indicator is as follows in the rest of the regions:
• In Andijan region – 90.9%
• In Bukhara region – 73.2%
• In Jizzakh region – 70.4%
• Republic of Karakalpakstan – 72.4%
• Fergana region – 79.4%
• Khorezm region – 90.4%
• Samarkand region – 75.4%
• Namangan region – 82.7%
• Syrdarya region – 86.9%
• Surkhandarya region – 62.9%
• Tashkent region – 79.4%.
