Local resident who fell into a ravine rescued in Navoi
The incident occurred while the victim was grazing livestock. It is not specified how long he spent in the ravine before assistance was provided.
Yesterday, in the Navoi region, a local resident fell into a ravine on the Ak-Tog mountain range in the Nurata region. According to the Navoi regional Emergency Situations Department, the victim went to the scene of the incident to graze livestock.
Allegedly, rescuers from the Emergency Situations Department immediately arrived at the scene and carried out search and rescue operations.
“As a result of operational actions, the injured citizen was found, he was provided with psychological and first aid, and he was taken to a safe place using special rescue equipment,” the Emergency Situations Department said in a statement.
It is noted that he was sent to the hospital to receive qualified medical care. According to doctors, his condition is now stable.
It is not specified how long the victim spent in the ravine before assistance was provided.
