President Mirziyoyev to attend Moscow parade on May 9

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will be the guest of honor at the military parade in honor of the 79th anniversary of Victory in the 1941-1945 war in Moscow on May 9, the Kremlin press service reported.

At the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin, the parade will also be attended by the presidents of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov, Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedow, Cuba Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, Laos Thongloun Sisoulith and Guinea-Bissau Umaro Sissoco Embaló.

Together with Vladimir Putin, the presidents will also take part in a flower-laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
