Admission to 1st grade for 2024-2025 academic year to kick off on June 20

In Uzbekistan, admission to 1st grade for the 2024-2025 academic year will begin on June 20. In accordance with the regulations, admission processes to 1st grade take place in 2 stages.

• stage 1: from June 20 to July 31 within the microsite;
• stage 2: from August 1 to August 15 outside the microsite.

Admission processes for 1st grade are carried out through government services electronically in the following districts (cities). In this case, from June 20, parents must register and submit an application through the electronic platform my.maktab.uz.

In areas where government services are not provided, students enrolled in 1st grade are entered into the ministry’s electronic system (adm.maktab.uz).

In accordance with the Law “On Education”, children are admitted to school the year they turn 7 years old. That is, this year children born before December 31, 2017 will be admitted to 1st grade.
