District and city governors from Uzbekistan studying Germany’s experience 

The delegation of Uzbekistan, consisting of governors of a number of districts and cities, is on a business trip in the federal state of Bavaria, Germany.

The program was organized by the Civil Service Development Agency under the President of Uzbekistan in cooperation with the Hans Seidel Foundation and the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ).

The goal is to get acquainted with the German civil service, including the local government system, attract investment, support small businesses, and exchange experience in the field of communications and construction.

On the first day of the trip, members of the delegation met with the Secretary General of the Hanns Seidel Foundation Oliver Jörg, the mayor of the Munich district Christopher Goebel and the responsible officer of the Central Asia Department of the Department of International Relations, Industry and Innovation of the Upper Bavarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Jutta Albrecht.

The trip, aimed at sharing skills and experience, will last until July 7.
