During the visit, several meetings were held to strengthen economic relations between the two countries, including discussions on increasing the export of textile products to Poland and introducing modern Polish technologies in Uzbekistan.

The business mission visited the Union of Polish Weavers and major companies such as LEGS and PPHU JOLA-STYL in Łódź, where they reviewed their operations and production processes.

The delegation also visited the wholesale trade complex GD Poland International Sp. z o.o. near Warsaw and held discussions with its president, Felix Wang, as well as Janusz Piechociński, president of the Poland-Asia Chamber of Commerce.

As part of the business mission, an agreement was reached to open a store for Uzbek textiles and footwear in this wholesale trade complex, and special discounts and rental benefits were offered to the Uzbek side.

Additionally, the embassy, in collaboration with the Poland-Asia Chamber of Commerce and the GD Poland International Sp. z o.o. complex, organized a joint business forum with over 20 representatives from the business circles of Uzbekistan and Poland.

During G2B and B2B meetings, discussions included the potential relocation of the Bangladeshi company Rusinagency and the Ukrainian company Arlen Textile Group to Uzbekistan, as well as the implementation of new technologies and innovations to modernize Uzbekistan’s light industry.

Uzbek enterprises Uztex Group, Aisha Home Textile, Korajon Textile, and Parvoz Humo Ravnaq Trans reached concrete agreements with Polish companies Rusinagency, Arlen Textile Group, LEGS, PPHU JOLA-STYL, SWP, Ptak, and Colorinvest for the supply of yarn, gauze, knitwear, underwear, and home textiles to Poland.

Following the visit, both parties expressed their readiness to participate in international textile exhibitions: the ITMF Annual Conference & IAF World Fashion Convention in Samarkand (September 8-10), Fast Textile in Warsaw (November 19-21), and My TexStyle in Kielce (May 7-9, 2025).
