Uzbekistan's crypto market expands: UzNex introduces Toncoin trading
The cryptocurrency Toncoin is now available for trading on the UzNex crypto exchange, which operates under an official license in Uzbekistan.
UzNex introduced an updated 2.0 trading platform and simultaneously added Toncoin to its list of tradeable assets. The exchange now offers 15 different cryptocurrencies.
Toncoin was created by the Telegram app team and was initially used for transactions within the messaging platform. After Durov’s arrest in France, the cryptocurrency experienced a sharp decline in value, dropping by at least 15%.
Currently, on UzNex, Toncoin is traded at 58,900 UZS.
