Chirchik metal construction plant sold for almost 40 billion UZS 

The auction lasted 24 minutes. The winner was UER Construction. No other bids were received from participants during the auction.

The facility is located in the city of Chirchik (Tashkent region) and occupies an area of ​​4.6 hectares. According to E-auksion, the plant was put up for sale along with all the equipment, vehicles, railway tracks and a diesel locomotive.

The investor must pay 50% of the final price of the property within 10 days and the remaining amount within 6 months.

According to open data, UER Construction was founded in April 2023 in Tashkent. The company's authorized capital is 1.2 billion UZS. It is engaged in the construction of engineering structures. The founder is Akmalkhon Azamkhonovich Khaydarkhonov.

The Chirchik Metal Construction Plant was put up for auction in May of this year based on the decision of the general meeting of creditors held in April 2023.
