Uzbekistan and Türkiye intend to establish a joint qualification assessment center, according to the press service of the Ministry of Employment.

Last week, the head of the ministry, Behzod Musaev, met with Mustafa Najmi Ilhan, the head of the Qualification Development Organization under the Turkish Ministry of Labor, who visited Uzbekistan with a delegation. The parties discussed the implementation of professional knowledge assessment.

During the visit, the guests toured the "Ishga Marhamat" mono-centers in Tashkent, Fergana, Andijan, and Namangan regions. They also learned about the operations of vocational training centers.

Following their assessment, Turkish experts provided recommendations for implementing a qualification assessment system in Uzbekistan. Based on this, a professional certification system aligned with international standards is planned to be developed.

As a result, Uzbeks with professional skills will be able to obtain certificates recognized in European countries, confirming their qualifications. This will eliminate the need for them to prove their skills when traveling abroad.
