This project, initiated by the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, aims to modernize the country's transportation system.
The new railway line will significantly reduce travel time between the two major cities, enhance passenger comfort, and improve the quality of transportation services.
Both sides emphasized the importance of this initiative in improving interregional connections, increasing passenger traffic, and boosting the number of high-speed train services.
The implementation of the project will contribute to strengthening the country's economic development and elevate Uzbekistan's transportation sector to a new level.
As a result of the discussions, it was decided to establish a working group to accelerate the preparation process for the project's feasibility study.
