Ministry of Investments explains increase in recycling fee for imported electric vehicles

An official from the Ministry of Investments, Industry, and Trade of Uzbekistan commented on the recent increase in the recycling fee for imported electric vehicles, while all locally produced electric vehicles and hybrids will remain exempt. He highlighted that the goal is to meet the growing demand for electric and hybrid vehicles with locally made, 'green' technology options.
