According to the press service of the regulatory authority, the Committee’s Capital Management identified multiple breaches of the "Advertising" law and the regulations governing the outdoor advertising market during monitoring activities in January and February. As a result, special commissions were formed to investigate each case.

Among the companies found in violation were Coca-Cola Ichimligi Uzbekistan, International Beverages Tashkent (brands such as Pepsi, 7Up, and others), Mak Food Servis (Evos), Oqtepa Food Service, Baratrum (Safia), Lumieri, and Turan Media.

The regulatory body has decided to impose financial penalties on all these companies. Additionally, they have been ordered to correct the identified issues and ensure that such violations do not occur in the future.

In 2024, the Competition Committee inspected 3,450 advertising objects in Tashkent, issuing 295 warnings and initiating cases against companies like Hamkor Reklama Servis and Inter Food Plus.
