Tashkent to host Turkic Business Council meeting in 2019

Uzbek Foreign Minister Abdulaziz Kamilov in Abu Dhabi met with Secretary General of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking States (Turkic Council) Baghdad Amreyev.

“As noted in the conversation that took place, the dynamic trends observed in the activities of the Turkic Council are of considerable interest for Uzbekistan. Our country is determined to be part of this process and develop mutually beneficial cooperation,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan reports.

The parties also discussed practical issues of holding the next meeting of the Turkic Business Council and its business forum on the initiative of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev in Tashkent in 2019.

The meeting addressed other topics related to the interaction between Uzbekistan and the Turkic Council.
