“As the disease began spreading in the Chinese city of Wuhan, a Special Commission was created in Uzbekistan and preparations for its outbreak began in advance,” he said.

According to the expert, all the necessary special clothing, masks, disinfectants and equipment were brought in, and medical specialists were trained in special courses.

“Therefore, we had a high level of preparation even before the spread of the virus in Uzbekistan,” Oqilov emphasized.
