“Soylik” resort near Charvak sold for 14.4 billion soums

This is “Soylik”, created in 1980, the new owner of which must now re-organize its activity.

The “Soylik” recreation area located in Bostanlyk district of Tashkent region was sold at an auction. Spot reports with reference to the press service of E-auksion.

It is located on 5.9 hectares, buildings and structures occupy 3,525 square meters. There is electricity and water supply, but no gas.

The recreation area, created in 1980, is now out of service. So the new owner must restore its work.

The starting price was 14.2 billion soums. The winner was Meridian Tempo LLC, which offered 14.4 billion soums.
