Uzbekistan to build year-round resort at Charvak with global partners
President Shavkat Mirziyoyev reviewed the master plan for the “Sea Breeze Uzbekistan” international tourism center on April 14.

The tourism complex is being developed on the shores of the Charvak Reservoir. The presentation this time focused on the project’s master plan, designed with the participation of several international companies.
According to the plan, the center will be divided into ten smaller zones, each featuring pedestrian-accessible recreational areas and services. A bridge will be built across the reservoir to improve convenience for visitors. The waterfront will feature boulevards, beaches, and leisure areas, while the hillsides will accommodate hotels, cottages, houses, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Cultural, educational, medical, and sports facilities will also be established.
The project aims not only to attract tourists, but also to create a year-round living environment.
The president emphasized that the complex must be accessible and convenient for all tourists, and gave instructions to ensure it is equipped with the necessary infrastructure.
