Uzavtosanoat tells whether the government will reduce customs clearance of foreign cars by 50%
Information has appeared on the network that Uzavtosanoat has come up with an initiative to sharply (up to 50%) reduce customs duties on car imports.
According to Repost publications, this proposal was made based on objective forecasts of the duration of the global semiconductor crisis.
However, the press service of the company denied these reports, Xabar reports.
They said they didn’t have such information.
“Even if it happens, we will officially announce it,” Uzavtosanoat stressed.
It should be recalled that in mid-January of this year, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev instructed to conduct an inventory of objects in the Uzavtosanoat system and make a proposal for privatization.
