Cost of renting a house in Tashkent up by 51% in October 

According to the data of the State Statistics Committee, in October 2022, the prices of housing rental services increased by 16.1% on average in one month compared to September.

The highest growth was recorded in Tashkent city – up by 51.6%, while the lowest growth was observed in Khorezm region – up by 1%.

It was also observed that the prices of housing rental services have increased by an average of 20.9% since the beginning of the year.

Housing rental services increased by an average of 24.2% year-on-year compared to the same period last year.
